Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 working days.
This excludes weekends and Nigerian public holidays.

  • For made-to-order or customized items, please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping. This ensures each piece is thoughtfully handmade with the attention it deserves.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship locally within Nigeria and internationally worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

🇳🇬 Nigeria (Local Shipping)

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
  • Cost: Flat rate or calculated at checkout

🌍 International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your package in real time.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier-related issues. Erisss is not liable for delays beyond our control but will assist in tracking and resolving any shipping concerns.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking number shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Double-check the address provided.
  2. Look around your property or with neighbors.
  3. Contact the courier directly.
