Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Erisss, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into every piece. Each garment is handcrafted with intention and cultural richness, made to be worn and cherished. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email us at erisssng@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, item name, and the reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.
  4. Items must be shipped back within 3 business days of return approval.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate exchanges based on availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our studio. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at erisssng@gmail.com with a photo and description. We will resolve the issue swiftly at no additional cost to you.
